This is what I like about Berlin's
wholesale market: I can get practically all I need
in practically any sufficient quantity. And I do
not necessarily have to choose the products myself.
My specialist dealers know my high standards, I
can contact them by phone, and they will deliver
the fresh goods within hours - and even at night
and on holidays, if required.
We used to refer to the wholesale market as the
"Belly of Berlin". Now, I simply call
it "my fresh food market at Beusselstrasse".?
